Joe Miles: October 7, 1942 - June 12, 2016
It is with a heavy heart that we bid a final farewell to a beloved member of our theatre family. Joe Miles first visited Theatre Suburbia in 1996 when he took his (then) young son Andrew to see "Who Was That Masked Man" - our annual summer mellerdrammer.
Over the next 20 years, Joe became an invaluable member of Theatre Suburbia community. In addition to being a regular Season Ticket holder, he made contributions to the theatre in many other ways - from lending a hand at set constructions, sitting on the board and even acting in a handful of shows - including a subsequent production of the same play that brought him around the first time.
Joe, you will be fondly remembered and greatly missed. Rest in peace, our dear friend.

There will be a gathering at Theatre Suburbia on Sunday June 26, 2016 at 6:30pm to celebrate the life of Joe Miles. Joe didn't want a memorial service, but he would have loved the idea of his family and friends, together at the theatre, sharing stories, laughing, remembering the good times, hugging, and celebrating life.
